CONFERENCE FEE

Cancellation received before 30 April, 2011 will be subjected to 50 € administration charge. After this data the registration fees are non-refundable.

Registration fee for participants covers: printed material, participation in all sessions and conference events (lunches, coffee breaks, conference banquet and excursion).
Registration fee for accompanying person covers: lunches, coffee breaks, conference banquet and excursion.
Registration fee for student covers: printed material, participation in all sessions and conference events (lunches, coffee breaks, conference banquet and excursion).

Registration fee does not include accommodation payment.

After the peer-reviewing procedure and acceptance of your paper (3-6 week after receiving of paper, you are expected to register your publication by paying conference participation fee till the 30 of April 2011. If the same author has submitted several papers, every additional paper is charged 200 €.
