Public transport in Kaunas Public transportation is comprised of buses, minibuses and trolleybuses. Most routes run from 05:00 until about 23:00. Tickets for them (the same type of ticket is valid for bus and trolleybus) can be purchased at any "Lietuvos Spauda" kiosk for 1.80Lt or from the driver for 2Lt. A ticket is valid only for one journey.
